Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in property/casualty claims with healthcare sector specialization
- Professional certifications in insurance (e.g., CIC, CPCU) or claims management preferred
- Advanced proficiency in claims management systems and digital insurance platforms
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex medical and financial data
