Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process property and casualty claims with a focus on healthcare sector
- Investigate claim details, determine coverage, and assess liability
- Communicate effectively with policyholders, healthcare providers, and internal stakeholders
- Analyze complex claim scenarios and recommend appropriate settlement options
- Maintain accurate claim records and documentation
- Collaborate with legal and medical professionals when necessary
- Stay updated on industry regulations and claim processing best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in claims management, preferably in property and casualty insurance
- Experience with healthcare-related insurance claims is highly desirable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in claims management software and MS Office applications
- Professional insurance designation (e.g., AIC, CPCU) is a plus
