Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process P&C claims specifically related to the Healthcare industry.
- Conduct thorough investigations to verify claim validity and assess damages.
- Negotiate settlements with claimants and third-party representatives to ensure fair outcomes.
- Liaise with healthcare providers, repairers, and medical experts to gather necessary documentation.
- Utilize claims management systems (CMS) to track case progress and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in Singapore.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to claimants throughout the resolution process.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the insurance claims or underwriting sector.
- Strong knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and claims management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work independently and handle high-pressure situations effectively.
