Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end claim processing for Property & Casualty insurance with healthcare specialization
- Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex claims while ensuring regulatory compliance
- Develop and implement innovative claims handling procedures using digital tools
- Liaise with healthcare providers, policyholders, and legal teams to facilitate settlements
- Analyze claim trends and recommend process improvements for operational efficiency
- Maintain accurate claim documentation and reporting systems
- Train and mentor junior claims staff on best practices and industry standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Finance, Business, or Healthcare-related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Property & Casualty claims management
- Specialized knowledge of healthcare insurance regulations and claim protocols
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in claims management software and digital transformation tools
- Professional certifications (e.g., CIC, AIC) or equivalent experience
