Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end claims handling process for Property & Casualty insurance claims, with a focus on the Healthcare sector.
- Conduct thorough investigations and assessments to determine claim validity, coverage, and liability.
- Communicate effectively with policyholders, brokers, medical providers, and third-party vendors to resolve claims efficiently.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal claims handling guidelines.
- Analyze claims data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate, comprehensive, and up-to-date documentation for all claims files in the system.
- Collaborate with the underwriting team to provide feedback on emerging risks and claims experience.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field (ACII/CII certifications are highly desirable).
- Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in Claims Management, specifically within the Property & Casualty (P&C) or Healthcare insurance industry.
- Strong working knowledge of Singapore's insurance regulatory framework and local industry practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally and empathetically.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and claims management software systems.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal).
