Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end property and casualty claims for healthcare sector clients, ensuring timely and accurate settlement
- Conduct thorough investigations, assess liability, and determine coverage validity for complex claims
- Collaborate with medical/legal professionals to evaluate claim documentation and supporting evidence
- Implement and optimize digital claims processing tools to enhance operational efficiency
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, policyholders, and internal stakeholders
- Analyze claims data to identify trends, mitigate risks, and contribute to fraud prevention initiatives
- Mentor junior claims officers and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Finance, Business, or related field with 5+ years' P&C claims experience
- Specialized knowledge of healthcare insurance regulations and claims procedures in Singapore
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex medical/legal documentation
- Certification in Claims Management (e.g., CPCU, AIC) or equivalent professional qualification
- Proven experience with claims management software and digital transformation initiatives
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
