Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive cost analysis, control, and value engineering throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare, review, and manage tender documentation, contract conditions, and procurement processes.
- Evaluate and verify progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts for contractors and consultants.
- Administer contracts, ensuring strict adherence to contractual terms, conditions, and statutory requirements.
- Participate in contract negotiations and dispute resolution processes to protect company interests.
- Monitor project budgets, identify potential cost overruns, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Liaise effectively with project teams, consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities.
- Prepare detailed cost reports, forecasts, and financial statements for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- 2-5 years of progressive experience in cost engineering, quantity surveying, or contract administration, preferably within the real estate or property development industry.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian building codes, standard forms of contracts (e.g., PAM, JKR), and procurement procedures.
- Proficiency in relevant software for cost estimation, project management, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with various stakeholders.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and a team player with a strong work ethic.
