Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance schedules of commercial facilities to ensure optimal performance.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for routine repairs, servicing, and emergency maintenance.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, health codes, and environmental standards.
- Manage inventory levels of facility supplies, equipment, and spare parts to prevent operational downtime.
- Act as the primary point of contact for tenants and building occupants regarding facility-related inquiries and issues.
- Prepare and monitor facility budgets, tracking expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Implement energy-saving initiatives and sustainability programs to reduce operational costs.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Building Services, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in commercial facility management.
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using facility management software and MS Office applications.
