Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee full set of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable for property development projects.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, management accounts, and variance analysis.
- Manage project budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning to ensure optimal financial performance.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and bankers for statutory compliance and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS), SST, Corporate Tax, and other regulatory requirements.
- Monitor project costings, progress billings, and purchaser collections for ongoing developments.
- Support the implementation of financial policies, internal controls, and process improvements.
- Assist in ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required by management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, PA).
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in finance, preferably within the property development, construction, or real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of MFRS, tax laws, and SST regulations in Malaysia.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, or SAP) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
