Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and deliver accurate financial statements in compliance with IFRS/MFRS standards
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting cycles
- Lead financial analysis for business performance and variance reporting
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with auditors during financial statement audits
- Develop and maintain financial reporting systems and processes
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Mentor junior finance staff on reporting best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial reporting
- Professional certification (ACCA/CPA/MIA) preferred
- Strong proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
- In-depth knowledge of IFRS/MFRS standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in property/real estate sector advantageous
