- Oversee customer service operations including client inquiries, complaint resolution, and care coordination
- Manage administrative functions such as scheduling, documentation, and resource allocation for homecare services
- Implement and monitor quality assurance protocols to maintain service excellence and regulatory compliance
- Analyze operational metrics and develop strategies to enhance care delivery efficiency
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless integration of services
- Lead training initiatives for staff on care standards and administrative procedures
- Prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders on service performance and improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in homecare or healthcare administration
- Proven track record in operations management and quality improvement initiatives
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
- Advanced proficiency in healthcare management software and MS Office Suite
- Certification in Healthcare Management or Quality Assurance (preferred)
