Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding.
- Handle employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
- Administer payroll, benefits, and leave management accurately.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Organize and coordinate training sessions and employee engagement activities.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee records.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, BambooHR) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
