Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic HR initiatives aligned with business objectives in the real estate sector
- Lead talent acquisition, recruitment processes, and employer branding initiatives
- Oversee employee relations programs, performance management systems, and career development frameworks
- Design and administer competitive compensation/benefits packages aligned with industry standards
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and HR regulatory requirements
- Drive organizational development initiatives including training programs and change management
- Analyze HR metrics to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8 years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in senior/executive roles
- Professional HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM-SCP) strongly preferred
- Deep expertise in Malaysian labor laws and HR compliance frameworks
- Proven track record in talent acquisition and employee relations management
- Strategic planning and organizational development experience
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in real estate/property industry highly advantageous
