Tanggung Jawab
- Support the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new talent.
- Manage employee relations, handling queries and ensuring a positive work environment.
- Assist with performance management and talent development initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Plan and coordinate HR events, workshops, and staff engagement activities.
- Support payroll processing and compensation & benefits administration.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify workforce planning needs.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in HR operations or recruitment.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Workday) is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Singapore labor laws and HR best practices.
