Tanggung Jawab
- Manage financial operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and expense reimbursements
- Oversee donation tracking, receipting, and reconciliation to ensure donor stewardship
- Conduct internal audits and compliance reviews to maintain regulatory adherence
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, and variance analysis for leadership review
- Implement and optimize financial systems to enhance operational efficiency
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies during statutory filings
- Develop financial policies and procedures aligned with industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with professional certifications (ACCA/CPA/CMA)
- Minimum 5 years of finance experience with exposure to non-profit or charitable sectors
- Expertise in Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and GST compliance
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced Excel modeling
- Demonstrated experience in audit management and internal controls
- Strong analytical skills with attention to financial detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication abilities for stakeholder reporting and process training
