Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full spectrum of General Ledger accounting and oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including Profit & Loss statements and balance sheets, for management review.
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, monitoring performance against KPIs.
- Ensure strict adherence to statutory compliance, taxation requirements, and industry-specific financial regulations.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax agents to facilitate timely and accurate audit filings.
- Monitor daily cash flow and perform treasury management to optimize liquidity.
- Conduct strategic financial analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue growth potential.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial accounting or corporate finance, ideally within the insurance or financial services sector.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or SQL-based ERP systems) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- In-depth knowledge of MFRS/IFRS and Malaysian tax regulations.
- Proven ability to manage tight deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracy and data integrity.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication skills to bridge financial data with business operations.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently in a high-pressure environment.
