Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Manage financial reporting and analysis, including preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Monitor and analyze financial performance against budgets and provide insights to senior management
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, and internal controls
- Lead the implementation and maintenance of accounting systems and processes
- Collaborate with various departments to support financial decision-making and resource allocation
- Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and other financial institutions
- Contribute to the development and improvement of financial policies and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent professional qualification is preferred
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and regulatory requirements
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems, with advanced Excel skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
- Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Experience in the non-profit or healthcare sector is highly desirable
