Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) functions.
- Perform timely and accurate bank reconciliations (BRS) and investigate any discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with FRS and company policies.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring adherence to strict deadlines.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and manage depreciation schedules.
- Ensure compliance with statutory tax requirements, including GST submissions and corporate tax preparations.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate smooth audit processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance financial workflow efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CA).
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in full-set accounting.
- Strong technical proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and local tax regulations.
- Highly organized with an excellent eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across various departments.
- Prior experience in the maritime or logistics industry is an added advantage.
