Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee daily finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Lead and execute month-end and year-end closing activities efficiently within set deadlines.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and actively monitor cash flow to ensure optimal liquidity.
- Ensure strict compliance with statutory requirements, accounting standards, and internal company policies.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate smooth and successful audit processes.
- Analyze financial data and variances to provide insights that support strategic business decision-making.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the finance department.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional discipline.
- Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, MICPA, CIMA) or actively pursuing qualification is highly advantageous.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in finance operations and financial reporting.
- Strong proficiency in enterprise accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
