In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial support, ensuring accuracy in reporting, and contributing to the strategic financial operations of our diverse asset portfolio. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and ensure timely reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and cash flow analysis.
- Ensure full compliance with FRS/SFRS and statutory tax requirements in Singapore.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors for year-end audits and tax filings.
- Support the Finance Manager in optimizing internal controls and financial processes.
- Manage intercompany transactions and ensure accurate reporting across multiple entities.
- Analyze financial variances and provide actionable insights to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent).
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial accounting or corporate finance, preferably within the real estate or asset management sector.
- Strong technical proficiency in MS Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Yardi, or Oracle).
- Deep understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and corporate tax regulations.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
