- Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve operational excellence and professional development goals
- Oversee end-to-end financial operations including accounting, reporting, and analysis
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive budgets aligned with strategic objectives
- Ensure strict compliance with tax regulations, internal controls, and accounting standards
- Coordinate external audits and manage relationships with auditors and regulatory bodies
- Provide strategic financial insights through in-depth analysis and reporting to senior management
- Optimize financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/ACCA certification preferred
- Minimum 8 years of progressive finance experience with 3+ years in leadership role
- Deep expertise in Malaysian financial regulations, tax laws, and FRS standards
- Advanced proficiency in financial software (ERP systems) and analytical tools
- Strong strategic planning and budgeting skills with track record of successful implementation
- Exceptional leadership abilities with proven talent development experience
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement across all organizational levels
