Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and financial transactions
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements, management reports, and regulatory compliance documentation
- Monitor financial performance through variance analysis and KPI tracking
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Coordinate external audits and ensure adherence to Malaysian accounting standards (MFRS)
- Optimize financial workflows using ERP systems to enhance operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certifications (ACCA/CPA) preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in finance and accounting roles
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and MS Office Suite
- Deep understanding of Malaysian financial regulations, tax codes, and compliance requirements
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial data and identify trends
- Excellent attention to detail with demonstrated accuracy in financial reporting
- Proven experience in month-end closing processes and financial statement preparation
- Exceptional communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all organizational levels
