Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Lead the monthly and annual financial closing processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Mentor and guide a team of junior accountants, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements and management reports for senior leadership.
- Ensure strict compliance with local accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Assist in the development of annual budgets and strategic financial planning.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and support key business decisions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting management.
- Strong proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
- Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and present actionable insights.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
