Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements and management reports
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and accounting standards (FRS/MFRS)
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger reconciliation processes
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for operational efficiency
- Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent fraud
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making
- Conduct financial audits and maintain accurate documentation for tax reporting
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ACCA/CMA/CPA preferred)
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian financial regulations and tax laws
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proven experience in financial reporting and compliance frameworks
