- Lead financial analysis, reporting, and strategic planning for business units

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- Professional certification (ACCA/CPA/CMA) preferred
- 5+ years in finance with 2+ years in business partnering
- Advanced Excel and ERP system proficiency (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in contract/temporary finance roles
