Join Sunway Retail's dynamic finance team as a Senior Executive specializing in Car Park operations. This critical role requires strategic oversight of financial systems, compliance frameworks, and operational efficiency for our car park assets. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end financial operations for car park assets, ensuring accurate revenue tracking and expense management
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial reporting systems for car park performance metrics
- Ensure strict compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, and internal audit standards
- Optimize financial systems and processes to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Prepare detailed financial analyses, forecasts, and variance reports for senior management
- Lead financial audits and implement corrective actions for identified control gaps
- Collaborate with operations team to align financial strategies with parking capacity and demand trends
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, with asset/operations finance exposure
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, compliance frameworks, and internal controls
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial analysis software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights
- Professional certification (ACCA, CIMA, or CPA) highly regarded
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting financial strategies to non-finance stakeholders
