Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee daily finance operations, treasury activities, and cash flow management.
- Lead and coordinate the SAP migration process, ensuring data integrity and system efficiency.
- Prepare accurate, timely, and comprehensive financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures, ensuring all reconciliations are completed.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial workflows and reporting standards.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and accounting standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance operations, treasury, or accounting within the Fintech or banking sector.
- Strong proficiency in SAP (S/4HANA experience is highly preferred).
- Excellent knowledge of financial reporting standards, general ledger accounting, and analysis.
- Proven experience in managing financial system migrations or process improvement initiatives.
- Strong attention to detail with advanced problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment under tight deadlines.
