MSIG is a leading global insurer, and we are currently seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Executive, Finance (Planning & Analytics) to join our dynamic team in Singapore. In this role, you will be a pivotal member of the FP&A department, directly contributing to the organization’s strategic decision-making process.
You will be responsible for distilling complex financial data into actionable insights, ensuring that our planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles are executed with precision and agility. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the preparation and consolidation of annual budgets and rolling financial forecasts.
- Perform variance analysis on actual performance versus budgets, identifying key drivers and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business strategy and operational decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional department heads to provide financial guidance and oversight.
- Prepare high-quality monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reports for senior management.
- Optimize FP&A processes to enhance reporting efficiency and data accuracy.
- Support ad-hoc financial projects and strategic analysis as requested by the Finance Leadership team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent).
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or management accounting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced modeling, macros, and data visualization tools).
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and BI reporting tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate technical financial data into business narratives.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is highly preferred.
