Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles for the organization
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis and performance reporting against financial targets
- Develop and maintain robust financial models to support strategic decision-making
- Partner with department heads to align financial plans with business objectives
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, tools, and reporting systems
- Present financial insights to senior leadership and board members
- Monitor key financial KPIs and provide actionable recommendations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CPA/CMA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience in financial services or insurance
- Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate financial data into strategic insights
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting to C-suite stakeholders
- Proven track record of optimizing financial processes and driving efficiency
