MSIG is seeking a high-caliber Senior Executive, Finance (Planning & Analytics) to join our dynamic team in Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a key partner in driving our financial strategy, providing the data-driven insights necessary for senior management to make informed business decisions.
As part of our FP&A function, you will be responsible for the end-to-end financial planning lifecycle—from rigorous budgeting and rolling forecasts to in-depth performance analysis. We are looking for a proactive problem-solver who can translate complex financial data into actionable narratives, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting while identifying opportunities for operational optimization.
Tanggung Jawab
- Drive the annual budgeting process and quarterly rolling forecasts to ensure alignment with corporate financial objectives.
- Perform variance analysis, identifying key drivers behind financial performance and recommending corrective actions.
- Prepare comprehensive management reports and insightful dashboards for senior stakeholders.
- Support the long-term financial planning process and contribute to strategic business reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline data collection and improve forecasting accuracy.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide trend analysis to support business growth.
- Maintain the integrity of financial models and ensure compliance with internal financial policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, or CA).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, management accounting, or financial analysis, ideally within the insurance or financial services sector.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced modeling techniques) and experience with ERP/BI systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Hyperion).
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate findings clearly.
- Highly organized, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities under strict deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
