Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the preparation and analysis of financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and reporting to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with department heads to develop departmental budgets and monitor financial performance against targets
- Prepare executive-level financial presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders
- Support the annual budgeting process, including rolling forecasts and scenario analysis
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial planning and analysis
- Monitor key financial metrics and provide insights to support business growth initiatives
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, regulations, and internal controls
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Master's degree or professional certification (CPA, CMA, ACCA) is highly desirable
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 2 years in a senior role
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting techniques
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to create complex financial models and analyses
- Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
