MSIG is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Executive to join our Finance Planning & Analytics team. In this pivotal role, you will support the FP&A function in delivering timely, accurate, and insightful financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can translate complex financial data into clear narratives that drive business decisions.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the monthly financial reporting cycle, including variance analysis, KPI tracking, and the preparation of executive management presentations.
- Support the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting activities, ensuring data integrity and alignment with business goals.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to simulate business scenarios and support strategic planning initiatives.
- Analyze business performance against targets, providing actionable insights and recommendations to management.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their financial needs and improve the efficiency of financial reporting tools.
- Streamline FP&A processes and implement best practices to enhance data accuracy and reporting turnaround times.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, Financial Planning, or Planning & Analytics roles.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros), and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Deep understanding of accounting principles, budgeting, forecasting methodologies, and variance analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present financial data to non-financial stakeholders effectively.
