Tanggung Jawab
- Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes to ensure accuracy and alignment with corporate strategy.
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis, identifying key business drivers and providing actionable commentary to management.
- Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates on operational and financial performance.
- Assist in the preparation of long-term financial plans and strategic business reviews.
- Collaborate with department heads to facilitate effective cost management and resource allocation.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes through automation and system enhancement projects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA or ACCA certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, financial reporting, or management accounting.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel (VBA/macros knowledge is a plus).
- Demonstrated experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills to interact with stakeholders across all levels.
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is strongly preferred.
