Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for organizational units
- Analyze financial performance variances and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for scenario analysis and strategic planning
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial plans with business objectives
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for executive stakeholders
- Identify financial risks and opportunities through data-driven analysis
- Streamline financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA/CFA/CPA preferred
- 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (Excel, SAP, BI platforms)
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex financial concepts
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in deadline-driven environments
- Experience in insurance or financial services industry highly desirable
