You will be at the heart of our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function, responsible for delivering timely, accurate, and insightful financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. - Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Analyze financial performance against budget and forecast, providing insightful commentary and recommendations
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business decision-making
- Collaborate with department heads to understand business drivers and translate them into financial plans
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key trends and variances
- Support strategic initiatives through financial analysis and scenario modeling
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains in financial planning and analysis
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or professional certification (CPA, CMA, ACCA) is a plus
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and identify trends
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools; experience with ERP systems is essential
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in financial reporting
- Strategic thinking with the ability to connect financial analysis to business outcomes
