Tanggung Jawab
- Support the FP&A function in delivering timely, accurate, and insightful financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
- Prepare and analyze management reports, including variance analysis and financial commentaries
- Monitor budget versus actual performance and identify key drivers of variances
- Support the annual budgeting and multi-year planning processes
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with business units to gather budget requirements and financial data
- Improve and streamline financial planning processes and systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a similar finance role
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with advanced formulas and data analysis capabilities
- Experience with financial systems and ERP software (SAP experience is an advantage)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- CPA, CFA, or relevant professional qualification will be advantageous
