Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic fleet management plans to optimize vehicle utilization and operational efficiency
- Oversee fleet maintenance schedules, repairs, and lifecycle management to ensure vehicle reliability
- Monitor and enforce compliance with transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies
- Manage fleet budgets, cost analysis, and procurement processes for vehicles and related services
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of fleet operators and support staff
- Analyze fleet performance metrics using data-driven insights to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align fleet operations with business objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fleet management or operational leadership roles
- Proven track record in optimizing fleet performance and reducing operational costs
- Strong knowledge of transportation regulations, safety protocols, and compliance requirements
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management abilities
- Advanced proficiency in fleet management software and data analytics tools
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
