Join Europ Assistance as a Senior Executive leading General Ledger excellence across the Southeast Asia region. You'll spearhead complex month-end closures, ensure adherence to IFRS standards, and lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize financial processes across multiple SEA markets.
As a key member of our regional finance leadership team, you'll collaborate with country controllers, external auditors, and senior stakeholders to implement robust accounting frameworks. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end general ledger operations for 5+ SEA countries, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
- Oversee complex month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes across regional entities
- Develop and implement accounting policies compliant with IFRS and local SEA regulatory requirements
- Direct financial audits, liaise with external auditors, and resolve compliance discrepancies
- Optimize financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risks
- Mentor and develop regional accounting teams through structured training programs
- Analyze financial data to provide strategic insights for business decision-making and growth initiatives
- Coordinate with tax, treasury, and FP&A teams to ensure integrated financial operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA/ACCA/CMA certification
- Minimum 8+ years in general ledger accounting with 3+ years in regional leadership
- Proven experience managing multi-country SEA financial operations
- Expert knowledge of IFRS and SEA country-specific accounting standards
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial analytics tools
- Strong track record in implementing process improvements and internal controls
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing cross-cultural teams
- Strategic thinker with ability to translate financial data into business insights
