Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily treasury operations, including cash management, banking facility utilization, and liquidity forecasting.
- Monitor and analyze group-wide cash flow positions to ensure optimal working capital efficiency.
- Manage key banking relationships and coordinate documentation for credit facilities and bank guarantees.
- Execute and monitor foreign exchange (FX) hedging activities to mitigate currency risks effectively.
- Prepare comprehensive treasury reports and management updates for senior leadership.
- Ensure strict adherence to corporate treasury policies, internal controls, and compliance standards.
- Support month-end closing activities related to treasury and finance operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/CFA preferred).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in corporate treasury, banking, or group finance.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) or ERP systems.
- Solid understanding of FX markets, money market instruments, and banking regulations in Malaysia.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently with high attention to detail in a deadline-driven environment.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement and financial automation.
