Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive legal support for project development lifecycle, including contract drafting, negotiation, and execution
- Manage complex conveyancing processes for property acquisitions and transfers
- Handle dispute resolution and litigation matters related to construction and tenancy agreements
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian property laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Advise on tenancy agreements, lease terms, and landlord-tenant legal frameworks
- Oversee construction contracts and mitigate legal risks in project execution
- Develop and implement legal policies to support corporate governance objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law with valid Malaysian Bar Council certification
- Minimum 5-8 years' experience in property/construction law practice
- Proven expertise in drafting and negotiating development agreements
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian land law, Strata Management Act, and building regulations
- Experience managing litigation and dispute resolution in real estate sector
- Proficiency in conveyancing processes and property transaction documentation
