Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily administrative operations within the HIMS department to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Manage the processing, filing, and retrieval of electronic and physical medical records in accordance with hospital policies.
- Ensure strict adherence to PDPA and healthcare confidentiality standards regarding patient data.
- Collaborate with clinical staff and multidisciplinary teams to resolve documentation discrepancies.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to record completion and turnaround times.
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff on HIMS systems and record-keeping best practices.
- Participate in periodic audits to verify data integrity and regulatory compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Health Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in HIMS or medical records management, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Strong proficiency in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore healthcare regulatory requirements and data protection laws.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of the organization.
