Khoo Teck Puat Hospital (KTPH), a state-of-the-art regional hospital in Singapore, is seeking an analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented Senior Executive, Healthcare Modernization & Asset Planning (HMAP) to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will be instrumental in the strategic planning, management, and optimization of our healthcare real estate and facility assets. Your contributions will directly ensure that our physical infrastructure safely and efficiently supports world-class clinical care and patient experiences.
As part of the HMAP department, you will lead the coordination of space optimization, facility upgrading projects, and asset lifecycle management. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and coordinate hospital space planning, utilization, and asset allocation strategies to maximize operational efficiency.
- Oversee facility upgrade initiatives, modernization projects, and renovation cycles from inception to completion.
- Liaise with internal clinical departments, project managers, and external contractors to ensure minimal disruption to hospital operations.
- Manage the lifecycle of healthcare real estate assets, tracking depreciation, maintenance schedules, and replacement plans.
- Ensure all facilities and asset planning initiatives comply with Singapore building regulations, healthcare standards, and safety guidelines.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, feasibility studies, and budgetary proposals for management review.
- Drive sustainable, eco-friendly green initiatives in line with KTPH's commitment to environmental sustainability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Project Management, Civil Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience in asset management, real estate planning, or facilities management, preferably within a healthcare or public sector environment.
- Strong analytical and project management skills, with a proven track record of handling complex multi-stakeholder projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management software, CAD, or spatial planning tools is highly advantageous.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and capable of working effectively in both remote and hybrid work settings.
