Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end operational management of the HMAP (Health Management and Administration Programme) initiatives, ensuring alignment with hospital strategic goals.
- Coordinate closely with internal departments, faculty, and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth program delivery and resource allocation.
- Monitor and analyze program performance metrics to prepare comprehensive reports and recommend strategic improvements.
- Manage facility logistics and property requirements associated with HMAP activities, maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.
- Develop and implement communication strategies to enhance engagement among participants and staff.
- Ensure strict compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and administrative protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in healthcare administration, facility management, or executive support roles.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hospital information systems.
