We are seeking a dedicated and strategic Senior Executive, HR & Admin to join Packtica Sdn Bhd. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing critical human resources functions, including multi-entity payroll processing, performance tracking, and monthly engagement activities. You will play a key role in driving the organization's culture and ensuring seamless daily operations across multiple entities.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HR administration and a keen eye for detail. You will serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, ensuring that our HR policies are implemented effectively while maintaining high levels of employee satisfaction. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to excellence in all administrative tasks.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage multi-entity payroll processing to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and full compliance with Malaysian labor laws.
- Facilitate employee performance tracking and conduct monthly engagement activities to foster a positive organizational culture and boost morale.
- Handle full-cycle administrative support, including document filing, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and office management.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities for new hires.
- Manage employee relations, address grievances, and ensure all staff are informed of company policies and updates.
- Prepare regular HR reports, maintain accurate employee records, and manage HRIS databases efficiently.
- Support the organization’s culture initiatives and organize team-building events.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR and Administration within a Malaysian corporate environment.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems, HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems), and payroll legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with advanced Excel skills preferred.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and a high level of confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
