The incumbent works closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your role will involve fostering a positive workplace culture, managing workforce planning, and driving engagement initiatives that align with the company's growth strategy.
Tanggung Jawab
- Partner with department heads to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and drive organizational performance.
- Support the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes.
- Conduct regular performance appraisals and talent reviews to identify development opportunities and succession planning needs.
- Resolve employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment laws in Singapore.
- Organize and facilitate training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the workforce.
- Act as a consultant to management, providing insights and recommendations on organizational structure and workforce planning.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure the effective communication of HR initiatives and policies across the organization.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Executive, or similar role within a multinational environment.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices in Singapore.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven experience in managing employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition.
- CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) or SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) certification is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
