You will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR activities, from talent acquisition and performance management to employee relations and organizational development. The incumbent works closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your role will involve fostering a positive workplace culture, managing workforce planning, and driving engagement initiatives that align with the company's growth strategy.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Partner with department heads to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and drive organizational performance.
  • Support the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes.
  • Conduct regular performance appraisals and talent reviews to identify development opportunities and succession planning needs.
  • Resolve employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment laws in Singapore.
  • Organize and facilitate training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the workforce.
  • Act as a consultant to management, providing insights and recommendations on organizational structure and workforce planning.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure the effective communication of HR initiatives and policies across the organization.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Executive, or similar role within a multinational environment.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices in Singapore.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven experience in managing employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition.
  • CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) or SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) certification is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
