Wistron is seeking a dedicated and analytical Senior Executive / HR Executive specializing in Industrial Relations (IR) to join our dynamic HR team in Klang. In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our employee relations strategy, ensuring a fair, compliant, and harmonious work environment. You will lead internal investigations, manage complex employee disciplinary matters, and provide strategic advisory services to management to mitigate workplace risks.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough, impartial investigations into employee grievances and disciplinary issues in accordance with company policy and local labor laws.
- Draft detailed investigation reports, including findings, evidence analysis, and actionable recommendations for management review.
- Provide expert advisory support to department heads regarding industrial relations, employee discipline, and conflict resolution strategies.
- Ensure full compliance with the Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, and other relevant Malaysian labor regulations.
- Manage end-to-end Domestic Inquiry (DI) processes, ensuring all procedural requirements are met.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and case files for all IR-related matters, ensuring accuracy and audit readiness.
- Collaborate with the HR team to update internal policies and conduct training on workplace ethics and disciplinary procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR, specifically focusing on Industrial Relations or Employee Relations.
- In-depth knowledge of Malaysian labor laws (Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act 1967).
- Strong investigative, analytical, and report-writing skills with a high attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage sensitive situations with tact, professionalism, and strict confidentiality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple cases in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
