Tanggung Jawab

  • Serve as the primary HR point of contact for line managers, providing expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and HR policy interpretation.
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment initiatives to support the rapid scaling of our logistics and warehouse operations.
  • Implement employee engagement and retention strategies to foster a positive, productive organizational culture.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to provide data-driven insights for management decision-making.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to streamline HR processes, including payroll administration, leave management, and benefits enrollment.
  • Manage complex employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with Malaysian labor laws and company regulations.
  • Support the planning and execution of organizational development training and onboarding programs.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in an HRBP or Generalist capacity, preferably within logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing industries.
  • Strong working knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and labor regulations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment and handle fast-paced operational demands.
  • High proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Result-oriented mindset with the ability to handle pressure in a rapidly evolving business environment.
