As a Senior Executive, you will report directly to the HR Manager and be responsible for the full spectrum of human resources activities, including recruitment, payroll, performance management, employee relations, and compliance. You will partner with department heads to understand their talent needs and provide sound HR advice, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and local regulations. Your ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality will be key to your success in this role. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Process monthly payroll accurately and ensure timely submission of statutory contributions and tax filings.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and maintain up-to-date HR records and documentation.
  • Facilitate performance appraisal processes and coordinate training and development initiatives.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and company policies.
  • Assist in HR projects such as policy reviews, staff engagement activities, and talent retention strategies.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in the creative or retail industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in payroll software (e.g., Times Software, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle sensitive matters with discretion.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and a team player.
