St. Andrew's Community Hospital (SACH) is seeking a dedicated and strategic Senior / Executive, Human Resource (HR) Generalist to join our dynamic HR team. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in fostering a positive organizational culture while driving HR initiatives that support our commitment to excellent patient care.

As a key member of our HR department, you will bridge the gap between management and staff, ensuring that our HR strategies align with our institutional goals. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
  • Maintain and update accurate employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS).
  • Partner with department heads to manage employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports to support management decision-making.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance staff competency and retention.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role, preferably within the healthcare or public sector.
  • Strong working knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and local labor regulations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
