Tanggung Jawab
- End-to-end payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, and statutory compliance
- Administration of employee benefits, compensation structures, and leave management systems
- Support recruitment processes including candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
- Employee relations management through conflict resolution and policy implementation
- HR data analysis and reporting for organizational decision-making
- Coordination of training programs and professional development initiatives
- Ensuring adherence to Malaysian labor laws and company HR policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive HR experience with payroll management focus
- Strong understanding of Malaysian EPF, SOCSO, and EIS regulations
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and payroll software (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for stakeholder management
- CHRP or SHRM-SCP certification highly desirable
